The graphic design service is charged at a flat rate of $7,500 JMD. This fee encompasses one design concept, a maximum of three revisions, and between one to three realistic box mockups for approval prior to printing. Additionally, this one-time charge includes the final layout and setup of the box.
Clients are also permitted to provide their own designs. It is important to note that a one-time layout fee of 500 JMD is applicable for each design submitted, which is specifically for the setup of the box for cutting.
Clients are required to ensure that their artwork adheres to the dimensions of their box. Each side of the box MUST be submitted as separate image files (PNG or JPG) or as a single combined PDF file that is flattened. Source files such as Ai, PSD, Canva designs, Publisher, etc., will NOT be accepted UNLESS editing was requested prior to the submission of the files.
Size & Dimensions
To initiate the process, measure and share the dimensions of your product. Ensure that all measurements are provided in inches (Length x width x Height for rectangular products or length x diameter for cylindrical products). Once you have submitted the dimensions of your product, an appropriate size for your box will be determined. The dimensions of your box will influence the pricing, which icludes printing, cutting, and assembly. The product boxes are primarily designed as tuck-ends, making them convenient for transportation, storage, and assembly.
Turnaround
The typical turnaround time for custom boxes can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Nevertheless, the completion timeline may differ based on the quantity of your order, the volume of prior orders, and the duration it takes for clients to give feedback or approve the mockups. Please note that printing will not commence until after the clients’ approval.
